Ingredients for Shark Garlic Curry :
Shark Fish - 1/2 Kg, Garlic - 3, Oil - 1 Spoon, Coriander - Little, Fenugreeks - 1/2 Spoon, Small Onions - 200 g(Chopped into 4 pieces), Green Chilies - 2, Tomato - 200 g (Chopped), Tamarind Extract - 1/4 Cup, Coriander Powder - 3 tsp, Turmeric Powder - 1 /2 Spoon, Mustard - Little, Chilli Powder - 1 Spoon, Salt - as needed, Pepper Powder - 3 Tsp, Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp, Curry Leaves - 2 Stalk.
Method to make Shark Garlic Curry :
1. Take a Frying Pan and add Oil then add mustards, fenugreeks and curry leaves and season it till it gets golden colour, then add onions, green chilies, tomatoes and garlic and fry them well. 2. When the mixture is fried well then add the shark fish pieces, water and salt along with them and allow it to boil. Then add tamarind extract, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and salt and allow it to boil for some minutes. Close the pan lid for some minutes in a low flame. Then finally add coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Tasty Shark Garlic Curry is ready. |
