INGREDIENTS for Fish kuruma: Pepper-1/4tsp Turmeric Powder-Little Green Chilly-4 Coriander Powder-2tsp Big Onion-4 Ginger-1Piece Garlic-1 Cumin Seed-1/2tsp Salt-Enough Need Ghee-50g Chilly Powder-1/2tsp Curd-1cup Fish-1/2kg PROCEDURE to make Fish Kuruma: 1. Cut the fish in to small pieces. Chop the onion. Grind ginger, garlic, green chilly, pepper, cumin seed and coriander. Spread masalas in to fish pieces and keep aside. Heat oil a pan, put onion and fry well. Heat the remaining ghee in another pan, add masala fish and fry well. 2. Then add tomato, green chiily, curd, turmeric powder, salt and water. Then allow to cook well. When the fresh smell out from fish, garnish with fried onion and allow low heat for few minutes and remove from flame. |
