INGREDIENTS for Parotta Salna: Chicken-1/2kg Ginger Garlic Paste-4tsp Coriander Leaves-2Hand Pinch Mint-2Hand Pinch Green Chilly-4 Poppy Seed-3tsp Cashew nuts-8 Tomato-2 Chilly Powder-2tsp Cinnamon-1piece Cardamom-3 Coconut-1/2cup Groundnut-50g Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp Onion-4 Cloves-4 Star Anise-2 Bay Leaf-1 Big Cardamom-3 Oil-4tbsp PROCEDURE to make Parotta Salna: 1. Fry the roasted gram. Grind coconut together with roasted gram. Boil poppy seed and grind with cashew nut. Heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, bay leaf, cloves and big cardamom. Then add onion and fry well. Add ginger, garlic, green chilly, coriander, mint and fry them. Pour tomato juice and sauté till oil comes from masala. 2. Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder and stir frequently. Now put chicken, add 2 cup of water and allow to cook well. When oil floating from masala, turn off the stove and remove the floating oil. Again put in to flame, boil well along with grinded ingredients ,till the fresh smell out. |
