Ingredients for Grinding:
Small Onion-20 (Chopped) Dry Chilly-5 Cumin Seed-1tsp Fenugreek-1/2tsp Sesame-1tsp Pepper-1tsp Coriander Powder-3tsp Turmeric Powder-1tsp Grated Coconut-2tsp Curry Leaves-little
Ingredients for Palak Ckicken:
Chicken-250g Spinach (Palak Keerai)-1Bunch Big Onion-1 Ginger, Garlic Paste-20g Green Chilly-4 (Chopped) Oil-1tbsp Turmeric Powder-1tsp Garam Masala-1tsp Salt-as Needed Tomato-1 (Chopped) Fresh Curd-200g
Procedure to make Palak Chicken:
1. Wash the chicken and cut in to small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic paste and sauté well. Then add chopped green chilly, onion and fry them. Now add spinach and saute well. 2. Then put chicken along with turmeric powder and fry well. Add curd and stir frequently. Then add tomato and fry for few minutes. Put garam masala, salt along with water and boil well. Remove from flame and serve hot. |
