Ingredients for Mutton Liver Gravy:
Mutton Liver-1/4kg Big Onion-2 (Chopped) Tomato-2 (Chopped and Grinded) Coriander Powder-Little Chilly Powder-1/2tsp Turmeric Powder-little Salt-as Needed Garam Masala Powder Green Chilly-1 (Chopped) Ginger, Garlic paste-1tbsp Oil-2tbsp
Procedure to make Mutton Liver Gravy:
1.Take a vessel; marinate cubed liver pieces along with salt and vinegar for 2 minutes. Heat oil in pan, put ginger, garlic paste and sauté well. When paste turns color, add chopped onion, green chilly and fry well. 2.Then add onion and fry. Now put liver pieces, allow to boil for 1 minute and stir finely. Then add masala powder and stir for 2 minutes. Finally add grinded tomato paste along with little bit oil and stir frequently. |
